How many more things could go wrong with this night he thought looking up at the cloudless sky. There were a lot of stars, they looked so promising up until you realized what surrounded you. The sight of the asylum always set peoples moods to a very glum state. It just had that effect, it looked abandoned, and forgotten. Like most of the people within the asylum, even doctors and nurses. Once you were there, it was like you were never getting out. To work their the doctors and nurses had to sign contracts so that they couldn't leave within two or more years. Ricky was still on his first year. But that didn't mean that he wanted to be there, in fact the people who owned the place were rumored to fire people for false things so they couldn't get a job elsewhere, this meant Ricky was probably stuck here till death. He already had enough illegal things to worry about keeping a secret he didn't have time to get another job anyway and he needed to stay there to make sure all the little girls didn't spill about his dirty clandestine. Ricky couldn't bring himself to meet Emaleahs gaze, he had already made a fool of himself, this seemed to had been enough for one night. For both of them. He sighed as Ema began to speak again. Trust me, your lucky compared to my other ones Ricky stated grinding his teethe. He kept his eyes glued to the door handle. He was ready to go inside. He was done talking to this foolish girl. Rodrikk had thought she was different, maybe a little less judgmental but he was wrong, she was sick like the rest of the insane people. |
